Here is another one of my creations. I knitted 3 pairs of these for a colleague at work. I have to admit by the end I had gone off knitting for a bit. I knitted these in Rowan Kid Classic and the pattern was from Etsy. There are loads of knitting patterns to look at; this particular one was from Azure Knits 

Nice to see some of my pottery in Little Lj’s new home. This was a parting gift after having been flat mates for 7 years! 

Went to the Design Museum on Saturday to see the Brit Insurance Designs of the Year exhibition. As always there was a wealth of creativity from things you’d expect like the ipad to revolutionary hospital gowns. The winner was the Plumen the first ever designer energy saving light bulb. It’s pretty cool, I know I want some in my flat….
